Christopher R. Duda, PLS

President, LWS US

Chris leads the executive team and corporate strategy of the company. Chris has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the professional survey industry, specifically in Transportation, Government, Land Development, Renewables, and in Oil & Gas. Chris is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming and has been involved as a member of the Central
Colorado Professional Surveyors, the Colorado Spatial Reference Network, and Colorado’s Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Club. He also has volunteered for multiple positions within each of those organizations and proudly participated within Denver Public Schools' internship program which provides high school students with real-world work experience. Chris believes in giving back to the communities in which we work within.

President, Canada

As President of LWS Canada, Shaun is responsible for the region’s management of legal survey projects, as well as promoting LWSC’s ‘safety first’ culture. As part of the LWS leadership team, he helps to initiate and maintain corporate growth and promotes a positive environment to ensure career based employees thrive on their potential.

Gordon Brinker

Gordon Brinker

President, Eurasia

As President of LWS Eurasia, Gordon provides executive management of the company’s Europe and Asia operations.

Gordon has 30 years of experience surveying and has directed large survey projects in Alaska and internationally including: Canada, Korea, and Russia. His expertise has been in dimensional control surveys, pipeline engineering, mining, and power transmission on major projects in the Alaska oil and gas industry. He also has extensive federal land survey experience spending several years working on Alaska Native American settlement surveys throughout the state.

Peter Hickey

President, Australia

As President of LWS Australia, Peter provides executive management of the company’s Australia operations.

Peter has had 27 years of experience in surveying, having worked extensively in Australia, including remote oil & gas areas. Peter has a range of experience in project managing upstream and midstream oil & gas survey projects, land subdivisions and conducting large cadastral and engineering surveys.

Andrew Jimenez, RPLS

Andrew Jimenez, RPLS

Vice President of Government Services and Utilities West

Andrew provides executive management for LWS's Southern operations. Andrew is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas, and has served in LWS management roles for eight years.

Andrew has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in land surveying across Texas, specializing in boundary surveys, title surveys, refineries, coastal surveying, high accuracy surveying for construction purposes, electric power-line surveying, port related surveying, pipeline surveys, and topographic surveys.

Additionally, Andrew has experience in natural gas transmission pipelines, anomaly dig stakeout, easement creation, and project controls.

Vice President of Business Development

Lisa leads LWS’ business development strategy in all related market segments. She has more than 30 years of extensive experience as a resourceful global business development leader including driving revenue and expanding services into new markets. Prior to joining LWS, Lisa held both domestic and international Business Development positions with several global companies that has contributed to her success in leading LWS’s diversification efforts.  Lisa has been a member of various industry organizations, as well as served on several committees and boards, including Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA) and International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA), currently holding the position of Vice President of IRWA Chapter 6.  Lisa is committed to providing the best economical solutions for her clients while building long-term relationships as well as maintaining a network of industry partners and strategic alliances.

Rich Calvert

Rich Calvert

Vice President, Oil & Gas and Integrity

Rich provides executive management for LWS's Oil & Gas and Integrity operations. Rich has nearly two decades of AutoCAD experience, twelve of those years notably relate to the oil and gas industry, the creation of alignment sheets for construction, and as-built drawings. His expertise of AutoCAD and Blue Sky technologies put him in direct contact with right-of-way agents, engineers, construction managers, and other municipalities for assistance on construction and design related issues. Rich is a Level III certified Blue Sky trainer and has served in management roles for seven years.

Diana Evens

Diana Evens

Director of Business Resources

As the Director of Business Resources, Diana provides executive support to all departments within the organization.  She oversees Equipment, Administrative, and Field personnel staffing for the LWS US Survey operations.  She is also responsible for overseeing development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of all aspects of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).  Diana has over 20 years of experience administrative experience including several years of work with Executives at all levels.  She has served as the Secretary to the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and has experience maintaining City Zoning Codes.

Michael D. McGuinness, RPLS, PSM

Michael D. McGuinness, RPLS, PSM

Vice President of Transportation

As Vice President of Transportation, Michael provides executive management for LWS’ transportation projects. Michael has more than forty years of experience in surveying and mapping as a licensed professional land surveyor. He was also certified as an ACSM Hydrographer in 1986. His experience includes leading a wide range of surveying services including boundary, cadastral, topographic, route, subdivision platting, construction, hydrographic, oil & gas exploration, pipeline, electrical transmission, GIS/LIS, fixed and mobile laser scanning, plant surveying, deformation studies and geodetic control surveys.

He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Lone Star College. Mike has managed survey projects in 20 states and 11 countries over the years.  He has been a featured speaker for the Texas, Louisiana, Alabama & Arkansas Societies of Professional Surveyors and has trained and/or educated more than 2000 surveyors in 16 states, and in the country of Mexico on how to perform GPS surveys for control, route, boundary, topographic, pipeline and construction surveys.

John Z. Wilson, PLS

Vice President of Renewables and Utilities - East

John oversees all operations for LWS' Renewables and Utilities East, including LWS' Lancaster, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Newburgh, IN offices. John has over 20 years of experience in all areas of land surveying and has spent the past decade specifically focusing on operations and survey services within the Utilities Industry. John provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise for our internal teams and our customers, including contract negotiation, client development, project quality assurance and quality control, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, gas and electric transmission route surveys, development of legal descriptions, and supervising document and plat creation. John's commitment to safety, client satisfaction, and quality operations are apparent in everything he does for LW Survey and his clients. Additionally, John is a member of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, the National Society of Professional Surveyor, and is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

With more than 30 years of experience, Liz is a strategic leader driving winning strategies in safety culture, proposals, marketing and contract management. She has successfully lead teams toward results-focused completion of multiple projects across various states, communicating with clients and understanding their project objectives, and managing a project team to complete the project. Liz has a great depth of professional experience and industry knowledge which allows her to add value throughout the company. She is a trusted advisor and confidante to executive team, management and staff. Liz leverages unique opportunities and business solutions by collaborating with key stakeholders. Liz is an effective speaker and trainer. She is passionate about her role as a mentor to new/transitioning employees.
