SURVEY ENGINEERING & DESIGN COMPANY was established and incorporated in 1998 in the state of Illinois.  The company was founded by a team with extensive knowledge and ample years of experience in engineering, route design, right of way acquisition, land surveying, document and contract procurement, drafting, and mapping applications.  L.W. Survey employs a wide array of services which include Route Survey, GPS, Data Collection, Land Contour Surveys, Mortgage Surveys, Civil Surveys, Hydrostatic Topographical, Aerial, GIS Base, Sediment, Classification, Rehab, Pearson and other surveys relative to the completion of the task. Both the officers and employees have a widespread knowledge of survey and design in areas such as tank farms, refineries, gathering systems, compressor stations, pump stations, add-ons low pressure-high pressure lines, well locations, regens, microwave towers, city utility related work, power lines and various other utility related work.  The company is also experienced in working with sewer lines, water treatment plants, water lines, city planning, corps of engineers, hydrology, highway surveys, aerial photogrammetry, and land law. The officers and employees that make up L.W. Survey are an aggressive and dedicated team that is committed to meeting 100% of client expectations.  In order to be more efficient and have the ability to satisfy our clients, we are in the process of developing ISO procedures.  We are currently operating within ISO guidelines and expect to be certified in the near future.  In order to better serve our clients, we have a corporate office and two branch offices that we manage projects from.  Our corporate office is located in Duluth, Minnesota, with branch offices in suburbs of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Chicago, Illinois.
